You need to submit your transcript to LSAC and see how they evaluate it because none of us can really tell you and it matters a lot. If they look at it and somehow give you a "Superior" or w/e the best foreign transcript result is, then you should probably apply more aggressively than just doing UVA and being done with it. I also have no idea how your semester in the US plays into things, but it would seem to be extremely helpful.
Another thing to consider is that by EDing to UVA you are committing to sticker price and as an international student you have no access to government loans, and no access to some of the programs to help you repay the quarter million dollars you will owe should you miss the big law boat. It might be worth applying broadly to try and gather some scholarship offers unless you have a US cosigner coupled with a high level of blind optimism, or family wealth.
