Most schools take the highest score, specially when it's over 4-5points higher. In regards to your letters you can use the same ones. If I'm not mistaken, LSAC can store them for up to 5 years.

I agree with everyone else that you should retake the LSAT. I know it's easier said than done. I am in the process of following this same advice. I am also URM, Mexican, and have not reached my targeted LSAT score. Even though I have already been admitted to a couple of schools, I want to make sure I attend the best school. I wish I had your gpa! I know that with hard work you can improve your LSAT. My initial diagnostic was 147 and so far I've jumped 12 points, but I haven't broke the 160, and that's my target. So good luck to us both!
