170 + 177 on LSAT. Will have 2 + years of full time campaign work by the time I would start school. Went to a top ranked midwestern school for ug. Non-URM

Would love to go to NU, but would go to Chicago, NYU, Michigan, or Penn before it. Will apply to IU and WUSTL as safety.

Not a lot of similar stats on LSN:

Trying to decide if I should try with the higher ranked schools, or if I should play it safe and ED now to NU. I'm hoping for a soft cycle with LSATs down. Also, I assume T14 money is out of the question, so there's no value in trying to get money for leverage from Cornell, VA, GTown etc.

I don't think EDing will help you at NW, since it comes with a full-ride, I would imagine many of the less competitive (splitter) candidates will be deferred to RD anyway.

I'd suggest to go ahead and take a shot with one of the higher schools.
