You have a chance with an ED. I wouldn't pay sticker to UIUC though - I currently go here for undergrad and I know that there are law students worried about finding jobs in central Illinois (yes, not Chicago, central Illinois).

Aren't the medians ~3.8/167? ED usually can make up for being below one median, but not both.
