Just an update:
Looks like I can pull off a 3.28-3.30 GPA; currently have a 3.23 and I'm extremely confident that I can do well this next quarter. Does this minor increase affect my chances at all?

Getting your GPA to 3.3 would be nothing but a positive in regards to the strength of your overall application.
You are a very compelling applicant with your impressive LSAT so I would blanket the T-14 and see what top schools give you some nice scholly money.
I would apply to HYS even though they are probably out. I also think that you should land at least two of your dreams schools (e.g. Cornell, UM, and Boalt).
Best of luck!!

Don't ED. You're going to have a great cycle.

Should OP ED to Chicago or Columbia?
Chicago is one of those schools that has a reputation for "liking high LSAT's."
