Chances at UNC w/ 162 &3.9
Thread title says it all. LSN has very little info on cycles, especially reverse splitters. I already applied to Wake Forest and I know they place about the same in NC. I'm out of state btw. Basically I don't just want to throw away $82 on an application fee if I don't have much of a chance.

id say really good. They love high GPA kids. Apply to vandy and wustl. You will likely get at least WL at both schools. Those schools love splitters. Check LSN.
If i were you. i would spend 500 dollars and apply to 5-7 schools between Fordham, illinois, wustl,bc,bu,gw. Also do a ED. That will help you out tremendously. I would def apply to vandy and wustl.

UNC is virtually impossible to predict if you are out of state.
Also, giggle at WUSTL and Vandy.

how unfriendly is UNC to splitters? lawschoolpredictor isn't too optimistic with my 2.85 GPA and 170-172 LSAT range, but I am an in state applicant. Also if it helps, there was a 4 year gap in my education when I was working, and finished with 4.0 in my last two semesters.

UNC is just very hard to predict. But last year, they seemed to have a pretty hard 3.0 line.
I'd shoot for Wake.
