Do they do both acceptance and denial by phone call, or is the denial simply a letter or email?

I strongly suspect that they don't waste their time with phoning losers. :P

Well, I will just continue to stare at the phone and cry softly.

I wouldn't expect anything over the weekend anyway, and an unconfirmed report above suggests that not even all the winners get calls.

I got a phone call Tuesday. Sorry, I said it in the thread awhile ago. I meant that the scholarship information is inside the acceptance packet.

I live in central US. The woman I spoke to told me she would send it off Wednesday morning, and I received it today.

Seriously, sorry for all the confusion. I did get in, I did get a phone-call, I did NOT mean to get everyone riled up.

Well I'm glad it's all cleared up. A positive- BU gives post-it notes! I consider this a plus.

I really hope so. I could use some good news after the madness in the Cornell thread this past week.
+1 I want to pick up the phone and hear someone who doesn't know what the letter 'r' is...

Law School Predictor labels you as "consider." I think you'll probably get at least a WL out of it. As long as you're applying to some safties too and it really is your top choice, I think you should go ahead and apply. After all, f you don't submit an application, your chance of getting in is 0%!

Have you asked them for a fee waiver? I heard they give them out like candy.

Got an email today saying they want to see my current semester grades before making a decision on me. Does that mean I'm borderline?

If borderline= not an auto-admit + not an auto-reject, then yes. :)

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
