That said, the thought of James Dean and a cartoon calico kitten in my UM law classes is tempting even if Berk wanted me.

FYI: I just got an email from Michigan (1045pm EST, 945pm CST). Guess they really are working around the clock to get us answers!

Congrats! I wish I hadn't cheated and checked through the Admitted Students website. It would have been a lot more dramatic if I had no idea until I got the package in the mail

Dear UM,

I am so excited to meet you. I enjoy Hockey, dying cities, and long walks on frozen beaches. My ideal guy would be an unemployed auto worker. I don't know why, but I feel like we have such a deep bond. Let me know if you feel the same way!

Love,

Your greatest admirer

I felt the exact opposite. That one was sincere, while yours was pure dribble. I was going to write a response letter too, but I don't want to get in the habit of writing letters for all the hopeless left in here.

Dear Techmech,

As we just informed Calico, we have enough friends already. But given your interests, you'd be a perfect match for our ugly neighbor Detroit Mercy. She hasn't been laid in years, and could use some action. You should ask her out.
