Anyone know how long it typically takes to recieve a decision once application is under review on status checker?

First round of notifications were around mid-November last year according to LSN. If you're under review now I think its safe to assume you're in the first batch, maybe a little later.

My status checker still says under review but updated to todays date. Anyone elses?

Had that happen to me yesterday.

That would be sweet but I'm way below medians on both ends and just shot them an ED app because I didn't really have any reach schools and LSP said I was a weak consider. Figured it couldn't hurt anything.

Yes that happened to me yesterday too. Someone in a different thread said that once their status of "under review" changed to that day's date, they had a decision in a week. My status at Virginia did that, however, and I still haven't heard back from them (happened on Sept. 24). But yeah I've been under review at G-Town since Oct. 2

Mine just says application completed.

Were you ED there?

Looks like a bunch of acceptances went out on 10/28 and 10/29 last year. They appear to be mostly RD as well.

Edit to say hopefully that means some acceptances will come out this week.

Looking on previous year, GULC started pushing out acceptances to ED people around mid-November

I stand corrected

just to add, from LSN, it looks like "small envelopes" were postmarked/mailed monday 10/27 for those late oct acceptances.

Guess I should add my name to this list. Applied 9/22, Went Complete 10/2, Under review since 10/9. Now in indeterminate waiting. Not ED.

Georgetown has been one of my dream schools for a long time and I would have EDed there except that opportunities for my wife are less in DC then they are near Duke or Cornell (my other top realistic choices). I would love to live back in DC again as most of my friends, even the ones I met in Iowa, are now in DC. I miss the place. Hopefully Georgetown gives me the chance to go back.
