msch0i wrote:Haha :D Yeah I'm a bit confused about the early December URs...it seems like not many early Dec applicants got an FR e-mail (unless I'm completely mistaken..which could also be true). And the last rejection wave encompassed mostly early apps, although it did touch on some late November, possibly early December apps as well. But not nearly enough for me to think I'm safe yet.
Oh well...no news is better than good news, right? At least for now. If I have to wait another month Boalt can expect a human chain of ONE refusing entrance to anyone (Although I think the admin building is 10 blocks away on Telegraph...)

Boalt wins again ...

Rejections coming for those who've been under review for a while (October-ish). As of two minutes ago.
Not too broken up since I wouldn't have gone, but still...

I just got the rejection e-mail. It stings a bit, as I love Berkeley, but as a high-LSAT splitter, it's hardly a surprise.

Rejected via email. Not surprising but still hurts. My first decision!

Rejected!

I'm actually relieved the rejections are starting to roll in (c'mon Mich and Penn)...now I feel like I can start really getting excited about my top choices I've gotten mooooney for.

Dinged. Not surprised. As I expected, I've been getting roughed up by this cycle.

sorry to all those that got rejected... quick question- If you are going to FR is it appropriate to send a LOCI? Or too early?

Just got the rejection email. :( Not a surprise at all.

It is nice to just get the email, instead of the whole "Decision Reached" and wait for the letter agony. I wish all schools would do it this way.

They gave me the axe. I am so depressed right now. I know, know, lsat. But still. I have so much love for cal and would have loved to spend 3 more years there. Damn, now I wear my screen name with shame. :( :( :( :(

Rejected via email too.

UR 1/11.. Status changed to 1/27 "A decision has been made".

Not surprised.

REJECTED. Checked my e-mail on my walk back from the Post office, rocking out to Kevin Rudolph. A good way to get dumped, I guess. Good luck to everyone else still in the running! :D

UR 12/7.

Anybody know if their status checker changed before or after they received the email - my status still says UR (went UR on 1/11, which seems to be the batch they are working through) - trying to determine if I can put off worrying for another day...

ME. Though looking at LSN, it seems that most people who got rejected today had pretty low numbers, though there are a few outliers.
