Does anyone know where I can find some hard facts where I can compare Berkeley's employment prospects to Stanford's?

I'm pretty sure that even if you were to find some, it would no longer be relevant.

quick question peeps, I received the application received email on Nov 6 and still no complete email. Should I be worried or is this normal?

I would call and ask if they have everything. I went from received --> complete relatively quickly.

I ddn't go complete until I sent them an email. They replied on the following day with both a personal email stating completion and the automated email that I hadn't received.

thanks for the replies, guys. I just don't want to bother them if it is going to be automatic anyways....they said in the app received email that they "will notify if there are any missing materials."

should i still go ahead and check with them or let it be? I am such a borderline candidate (even optimistically speaking) that i don't want to annoy them at all.... don't know what to do

I hesitated for a long time as well, then made up my mind to check. They were very nice and perfectly understanding.

(They did notify me for missing materials after some time had elapsed. I contacted them when my final materials should have long since arrived and I had received no completion notice.)

If they can raise their LSAT range to 170-176 (which I am absolutely confident they can do if they were as #s focused as Columbia or Harvard), I could see them overtaking Harvard.

+1. The distinct difference in their current LSAT ranges is surely enough to keep them at #3 unless they make an effort to raise it, which is unlikely unless they change their admissions philosophy.

The reason Stanford stays ahead of schools like Columbia with higher LSAT ranges is that its peer ratings are consistently spectacular. Those are enough to keep it in the Top 3 regardless of what they do with the LSAT range.

Hey guys,

This might sound somewhat neurotic but I submitted at the end of October and after I hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks I emailed them to make sure everything was alright. They said I had gone complete on 10/30 and was under review but still never received an automated or official complete email. I assume everything is fine but was just curious if anyone else had this same experience.
