Does the CSS profile ask for 2017 or 2016 tax information? Trying to figure out how much / how quickly I need to yell at my parents.

Can you sign up for the scholarship interview before submitting your forms, or do you have to fully submit all forms first?

Right now it's asking 2016. I can't remember which but one of them (css or FAFSA) let's you use either but if there's no reason to think it'd be beneficial to wait for 2017 you can use last yearprincipalagent wrote:Does the CSS profile ask for 2017 or 2016 tax information? so I haven't started the CSS profile yet, but can anyone tell me if I need to track down my parents info if im a parent myself? seems silly to submit my parents' info when I haven't relied on them financially in many years.

I think that's a no if you're over 25, but it's school specific. Based on what you input more sections open up so won't know for sure until you start itNavyNuke wrote:so I haven't started the CSS profile yet, but can anyone tell me if I need to track down my parents info if im a parent myself? seems silly to submit my parents' info when I haven't relied on them financially in many years.

You can sign up before submitting but I think they have to be done before you do the interview

Thank you both! I wasn't sure because the email listed things as step 1, step 2... with signing up for interviews the last step.

First post ever here after spending way too much time browsing and making myself more nervous than anything. Anyway, I just wanted to share: I submitted on 10/31, RD, went complete on 11/01, literally no changes on status checker until today, 12/11, UR1! I don't know which part of this whole process has been the most stressful: studying for the LSAT, taking it, waiting for the score, applying, or waiting for decisions!

Submitted yesterday. Got an email saying that those who apply PT between Dec 11 and Dec 31 will not get decisions until January.
Pretty bummed but I understand.

They are killing me with these interview times. We appear to share the same lunch break. I can usually schedule for my break and interview at home. I'll have to stealthily interview while at work :-p
