I hope I get my decision soon! This is my last decision I'm waiting on! I have a feeling from the look of the thread I should be expecting one tomorrow!

Richmond low balled me so hard...and they don't negotiate. One more school off my list. Hope it helps someone else!

Hi everyone, I have a question. When did you get your admission email after the admission call? I've got an acceptance call from the Dean on Tuesday and have been told that I'll receive the email the next day. However, haven't received the email yet.
I've also applied to several LLMs and have scholarship offers from USC and UC Davis. Davis offered me a large scholarship and their deadline is March 10. Of course I'll choose Richmond JD over Davis or USC LLM any day, however, I don't want to miss the deadline to later find out god knows what!
Should I send an email? Or is it going to annoy them? Please advise.

Just checked my email accts and I never got an email after the call. 10 days later I got an email saying congrats+this is the open house but that's it, rest of communication came via snail mail.tarek90 wrote:Hi everyone, I have a question. Yup, I've also got the Open House email from the Associate Dean. However, I don't see any information or congrats regarding my admission there . I guess I'll just hold my breath and wait for the snail mail to arrive. Thanks for the info by the way.emilycc1026 wrote:Just checked my email accts and I never got an email after the call. 10 days later I got an email saying congrats+this is the open house but that's it, rest of communication came via snail mail.tarek90 wrote:Hi everyone, I have a question. Got a call this afternoon from Dean Rahman! I had the pleasure of meeting her a couple times last semester and she was always so nice and helpful throughout my process. Excited about this acceptance. I'll be attending the ASD on March 24th

Back when I got my call, it was at around 10pm. Super late, but I guess she probably just does it whenever she has time.Ferrisjso wrote:They're making calls at this hour? You've got me staring at my cell lol!Legallylawyer2020 wrote:Just received a call from Dean Rahman! In with 25K a year!

I came back from Spring Break last week end to find a not so thick letter from Richmond Law in my mailbox. This made me think that I was denied, but I am in fact on the waitlist... Hopefully this will evolve soon, but I am not fond of the waitlist concept

In a weird twist of events, I got off the waitlist tonight after only 2 weeks on it with a $40,000 scholarship... Has their deposit deadline passed yet?

I recieved a call from Dean Rahman, but was surprised because I wasn't even on the priority waitlist. But me getting waitlisted was also confusing because LSAC had given me a like 80 - 90% chance of being admitted based on numbersVAisforLawyers wrote:That is interesting. Well that's awesome!! Congrats if that's what you want! And if not, it's still an admission Richmond is a pretty great place.

Has anyone else been placed on the priority waitlist? Or does anyone know when the first seat deposit is due? I haven't done that much research?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
