I applied 12/22 and haven't heard anything either.Persianlsnyc wrote:Hey! Antsy question for you all. I applied on January 3rd with GPA and LSAT above 75. I haven't heard back for interview, nor have I been dinged. I feel odd just waiting for nothing. Is that normal? I thought Georgetown usually gets back pretty quickly. My application is alright considering acceptances from higher ranked school, but I just really want Gtown due to location.

Interviewed 1/17, hadn't heard anything. Just succumbed to using the ASW trick, and it seems like I'm in...

I interviewed 1/9 with a group on campus in DC. I haven't heard anything since and asw trick isnt working for me. Im fully assuming i've been dinged, but they still haven't contacted me at all. If this a sign of a WL or hold? Or are they just being mean af and ghosting on me as a ding?

Haven't gotten my letter yet . Can I call them and say "I know I am in because I cheated the system and checked online, has my letter been lost in the mail?"

Does anyone know if the merit aid email is sent out to everyone or if some people just get offers without it?

ED applicant here. I applied on 1/7, went complete on 1/9, interview request on 1/19, had the interview on 1/27, and have been refreshing the ASW and my email ever since. As of a minute ago, still nothing. I don't think my interview went as well as it could have, so maybe that's a factor? Whatever the case, I'm just hoping to find out soon. I'm a graduate student at Georgetown, so if they really wanted me to come by I could easily get there.

This is SO not true! It's on nice quality paper and has the school seal and the dean might also write a handwritten note on it! It's by far my favorite one, but I could be a tad bit biased because GULC is my #1.Kaylasvi wrote:Don't be too bummed, it's a pretty disappointing admissions letter comparativelyjjcorvino wrote:Haven't gotten my letter yet . Side note: it takes a few days to get the letter

Does Georgetown send an email to confirm that your application is complete? Most of the other schools I've applied to have done so, but Georgetown hasn't. The application tracker says, "Application Completed", but doesn't have a date listed. I'm worried that my application is stuck in limbo because it was on hold until recently for a late LOR.

I was applied ED and got deferred last November and they said the result will come before Feb 28. Do they give out result around that day or it could be earlier ?

This is why they need to email (or at least update the status checker) and send a letter. Letters get lost in the mail sometimes. I wonder how many people never get notified that they got in.proteinshake wrote:I never got mine. was admitted months ago.Motionsinlemons wrote:This is SO not true! I applied ED 10/28, went complete 10/29, deferred to regular admission on 11/18. No interview or anything though. They said I should hear back before 2/28! Here's hoping I get some good news soon!dokumented wrote:I applied ED 1/4 and went complete as of 1/12, no interview request as of 2/6 Currently just sitting in the darkness waiting for anything.Georgetown_Hopeful wrote:ED applicant here.
