My scholarship interview isn't scheduled until late March. Will I even have enough time to receive an offer/pursue negotiations before seat deposits are due in April? Would it be better just to forgo the interview and hope they send scholarship info sooner?

Just had my interview. Highlights:
Interviewer was explaining the process and said, "I don't know if people check these things, but there's a mailing section on the status checker."
Me: Oh, they definitely do.
Towards the end he asked if I had any questions. I said, "Well definitely one of the biggest factors for deciding where to go to school would be the cultural...How would you say the..........(terrible long pause before I gave up on being eloquent) What's the food like?" He laughed really hard. Either that won me points or I looked like a doofus.
And after answering their Why Duke, I basically turned the question around and asked him why I should go to Duke.

so does Duke not really give lower than 54K? that's the lowest I've seen on LSN. I'm sure it differs for ED applicants.
