Anyone applying for a dual major program at duke? Seems like they have a lot of options for them.

can I get a link for this? sounds interesting (unless you're just talking about dual degrees like a JD/MA).TexasENG wrote:Anyone applying for a dual major program at duke? Seems like they have a lot of options for them.

Whoops, yeah, still in thinking major as in undergrad. I meant their dual degree programs. They have 12 different ones they offer.proteinshake wrote:can I get a link for this? sounds interesting (unless you're just talking about dual degrees like a JD/MA).TexasENG wrote:Anyone applying for a dual major program at duke? So I'm above the 75% LSAT but between the median and 25% GPA... Thoughts on writing a "Why Duke?"

I say write the why x always, but how far are you from median/ over 75? If you're right at median but way above last you may not be in that bad of a positionBob loblaw law blog wrote:So I'm above the 75% LSAT but between the median and 25% GPA... Thoughts on writing a "Why Duke?"

To those who have applied already, have you checked your application status through Duke's website? Mine says "processing incomplete file" but all of my requirements seem to be checked off. Not sure what this means!!

Do you have cf disclosure? If so did your ug send a Dean cert directly to Duke?dc_diva wrote:To those who have applied already, have you checked your application status through Duke's website? Nope, no cf! All letters of rec submitted, CAS paid for and finalized back in March...Dr.Degrees_Cr.Cash wrote:Do you have cf disclosure? Just checked mine. From the message on the tracker it says they will update 24 hours after receiving all documents, so I wouldn't expect it to go complete til todaydc_diva wrote:Nope, no cf! Just applied PT! Is this 10 day turnaround time for real? That's very cool, if so. Wonder how long it will take to go complete.

Re: Duke Law School c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Hey y'all I just opened my application on LSAC, and went back to check my priority track email to ensure that I was following any instructions that they provided. I already registered using the link in the email, but I noticed that the link said that I would be receiving more information that I should read carefully to understand the program. Unfortunately, I do not remember what page I was led to after I clicked "I will apply via priority track." Does anyone have this information? Do I need to do *anything* different on LSAC, or just submit my app as normal and they'll link it up?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
