I attained two point higher score in June LSAT and, therefore, got an interview from wait-listed school, last Thursday.
Interviewer asked about where I'm currently deposited at and also, how much scholarship that school is offering, along with how much I prefer her school compared to the school I'm currently deposited at.
I'm not sure how positive the chances are, but because of the plane ticket, I need a swift answer. (I'm staying in Hong Kong) If the wait-listed school accepts me, I won't reapply, but if it rejects me, I will because I have higher LSAT score now.
How long do you think it will take for the wait-list school to make decision? Do you think it is a good idea to urge them, or it will just give them a bad impression? Also, do you think their questions regarding the scholarship and stuff are positive signs?
Also, if I decide to reapply, how should I phrase my letter of withdrawal to currently deposited school? Any advice on that?
Thank you.

Re: Waitlisted school interview
I would think it's a good sign. I had an interview at UNC last week and they asked similar questions about scholarships and everything so I took it as a positive sign towards my chances (hopefully)

Re: Waitlisted school interview
Even if you get in from the waitlist this cycle, you should reapply next year regardless. You will have more acceptances/scholarships that way and you don't even have to do anything to achieve that! And withdrawal letter doesn't really matter. You can blame the finances not aligning or other personal circumstances.

Re: Waitlisted school interview
I was in the same situation last week. I told the interviewer about my condition and asked for a swift answer. One day later they accepted my application.
