(that was a joke)
Theres quiet rumblings about the possibility of UCLA and Berk just swapping spots in the USNews rankings. They think this is a simple fix for everyone involved, and removes the problem of having a school like Georgetown move up when it doesn't deserve it.

Has anyone written a Berkeley-specific PS (or a 'Why Berkeley')?
D'oh! Sorry about that.

Seemed like a lot of people who got dinged last year just threw their typical 2 pg PS to Berkeley, so I think they appreciate the extra effort. I also like the length and content of my PS as is right now, so I think I will look for a way to naturally weave it in.
Yes, make sure you write a personal statement for Berkeley to their requested specification. This is a big must.
