Those of you WL'd today, was there a link or a form or anything to fill out letting them know you'd be accepting a spot? I was WL'd about a month ago and couldn't find anything, but everywhere else I was WL'd there was a form to fill out.

No mention of a form in the email. I'm assuming from this

+1 since September. I sent them an email reiterating my interest and an updated resume last night. They acknowledged this morning but did not provide me with an update on when I may receive a decision.

I admire your persistence. I think at the half a year mark I would've just given up on ever hearing back.
