Good question. I think most top 20 schools have one up, I thought for sure UCLA would have one that's why I didn't make one up but you're right I don't see one.

EDIT: Checked again, never mind. The application fee is waived for those before a certain date (I think 12/01).

I couldn't find anything on the fee waiver but I saw they have an early decision program. USC didn't have that before.

"USC Gould will be offering fee waivers to all applicants applying by December 31, 2014. So please apply early to enjoy the benefit of an automatic application fee waiver."

They canceled the fee last year later in the cycle but this year no fee right away.

That's not true at all, USC usually has one of the lowest gaps between the 25-50th which says they actually prefer the LSAT.
