I am also unable to open the Early Decision Form. Not sure what to do--I emailed LSAC. It comes up blank. Must be a problem on their end...hope it gets fixed ASAP

Hadn't considered Penn until they emailed me with a fee waiver (mostly due to their tendency to WL people with my numbers). Guess I'm throwing an application their way now.
