I bet it's a WL and not a ding. Are you gonna call or just wait for the letter in the mail?

So how long can they realistically string us along?

Grisly but oddly accurate.

Stanford is now the only law school from which I have not received a decision. I am starting to enjoy being submitted for review.

Is it possible most of our files are being held hostage by the same slow professor(s), or do we think they're just waiting for people to withdraw?

I seriously don't understand why it's taking this long.

PS Hi, Faye! Call me and I'll love you forever!

what's weird is that if their deposit deadline is may 1st, then wouldn't they want to hold us until after then to see if there IS more room? or maybe they would just waitlist us?

does anyone know whether stanford just rejected people slowly during the last week of april last year. i don't get why they don't just release a huge waive of rejections.

A more honest current status: Your file has been submitted for review, reviewed, tabled, placed in an unmarked pile and forgotten, spilled on, hung out to dry, forgotten again, hastily re-reviewed and then re-tabled.

Leaving the rejections/WLs until the very end is cruel

I'm just gonna wait, I don't care enough about whether it's a WL or ding at this point since I know where I'm gonna go now.

This is starting to remind me of all those USAJOBS positions I applied for but didn't hear back from until I was already gainfully employed for like six months.

Sorry/congrats to the DLSs - did you guys happen to call and tell them you have a deadline? I'm wondering if they just think I don't have a deadline so they can hold off on me or what
