I'm most surprised about how long it's taking (compared to other schools) to register my application status as complete. For all the other Philly schools, it took less than twenty-four hours. Once that happens, I'll feel better.

In on 11/20. Does anyone else have a check mark next to their seat deposit requirement on Nova's status checker? I am assuming it's a glitch since I haven't submitted any funds yet. Or, maybe if I'm REALLY lucky, it's a sign of a scholarship to come!?!

Thanks for checking and letting me know Chip! A sample size of two is still hard to decipher, but if more people have it checked on their status checker I would assume it's normal rather than a scholarship.

Thanks for the heads up kjones! It's looking more and more like it's just their standard operating procedure. No worries though, I'm sure we will all hear some kind of good funding news in January!

"In review"! Finally.

It's technically my last outstanding app, so I'm excited to get this over with!

Anybody have luck getting a fee waiver for Villanova? I e-mailed requesting one, but haven't heard back and don't want to sit on this application any longer...

I requested one. They said that they either waive it automatically through LSAC referral service or to submit financial need documentation to them cause they decide on a case by case basis.

Didn't get one, which was strange cause I received many from higher ranked schools.

Held as well. Really disappointed...and confused. I considered this a safety school.

I emailed them asking for one before I realized that they had already granted me one automatically. It was a generic email stating the process of a fee waiver request through the LSAC... but I asked the same question a while back and someone responded saying that they got one by writing an email?
