Got my acceptance phone call today, looking forward to getting the acceptance packet with more info- and he was so helpful with providing info and answering questions. Hoping for some scholarship money to come in the mail in the next couple weeks.

I'm pretty sure those are due the 28th. They were cards that came with the application packet requesting you to state your intention to enroll (non binding).

Any admitted students application checker update and go blank yesterday? I'm hoping is has something to do with potential scholarships!

All I know I have heard is that scholarships will be sent out no later than March 5th....

I didn't hear any specific date but Susan Baca told me that they will go out in early March so let's go with the 5th since that is less ambiguous than early March. If Utah offers something really appealing it might convince me to ignore my dear soon-to-be alma mater down south.

Got my scholarship info in an email at like 11 last night. $13,420 a year with stipulations somewhere around top 40% (just looking at the chart). $40,260 total for three years.

Just got mine via email too (at midnight last night). I'll be paying $10,000 a year with the same 3.35 stip (about top 40/45%).
Pretty sold on Utah right about now, since CU Boulder only gave me $22/$8/$8.

Holding out still.... hopefully Utah offers something up, or SLC may not be a realistic option.

Got the email about ten minutes ago...not anywhere close to what I was hoping for. Does anybody think that if I got a full ride at UNLV that Utah would be willing to deal? Or would UNLV be too low?

Got a full ride (tuition and fees) plus living stipend. Out of state, fyi.

Still not too sure about it, but this definitely warrants a visit!

You can totally do it man, keep your head up. I got in with a 156 and a 3.37 (white male), so anything is possible.

I would just like to get an answer back from them one way or the other. They really are my last "piece" of my law school puzzle before making some decisions.

I've got (and Im sure you guys do too) deposits due the beginning of April and need time to evaluate everything and make a decision. The fact that they haven't sent out any rejections (per LSN) yet and have sent out scholarships doesn't bode well for those of us that haven't heard a peep since October.

Just my thoughts on the matter. I'm guessing WL is the best we get. Good luck to all of you guys though!
