Strange, LSU got back to me before any of my other schools back in early December. I guess they went a lot faster towards the beginning of the cycle.

Don't get discouraged yet. I submitted in September, and I didn't hear until the last week of January.

If you are at/below the median and you've been under review this long, you may be headed for the WL.

I was in review for 7 weeks (submit date doesn't matter; the initial review of app date does) when I got my WL decision.

Mine just did something weird... I've been under review for 2 months and now all of a sudden I've got a message at the top that says:
**Applicant Status Update**
Thanks for applying to the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center! We have received all of the required documents needed to be considered for admissons. Your application is currently being reviewed by the Admission's Committee. The review process may take 6 - 8 weeks to render a decision; at that time you will be notified. If you have further questions about your application, please contact our office.

and my status date changed to today...wtf?!?!

To the admitted folks: how long did it take you to hear about scholarship money? And how did LSU tell you? Given it took 3 days for me to receive the Email that my status checker told me to look for, I really have no ideawhatkind of turnaround to expect as far as scholarship offers go.
