Are you already in at another school you would attend over Duke?amandacr wrote:I applied 11/16, original update was 12/20, now another update 2/17. Since it's been about 14 weeks, is it worth it to wait it out or should I just withdraw my application? Duke is the last school I'm waiting to hear back from.

If I got into Duke, I'd definitely attend, I just think the chances of that I actually will get in are small. I'm getting more and more nervous since it's been a while, and my application keeps being pushed back.emkay625 wrote:Are you already in at another school you would attend over Duke?amandacr wrote:I applied 11/16, original update was 12/20, now another update 2/17. Best of luck! Impressive that you got priority track, especially so late.nfohey wrote:Submitted 2/5, went under review 2/6 as part of Priority Track.mmk33 wrote:when did you submit/go under review?nfohey wrote:169/3.84 and placed on the Priority Reserve list. Did any of the 2/17 UR people have any other movement?

Nope. UR 11/28, moved to UR 2/17, and still hearing the crickets chirping.

Nov to 2/17 and nothing yet as well. Does anyone know how long after second review the decisions were rendered for those who got decisions? Just wondering if I should expect another month or if it may be a matter of days.cougarlive wrote:Did any of the 2/17 UR people have any other movement?

A week would put me at today, too.
Sorry- silent reader who's been lurking. I applied in October I think, then was updated to 2/15.
Did anyone else apply to the joint JD/LLM program? I feel like they have to give me a decision soon on at least the LLM part, since it would require me to move to NC in about three months. And since I currently live in Lodon, it's a big move.

I think Duke is being overly cautious... this has been a weird cycle and quite a few people are still continuing to withdraw

I also applied to the JD/LLM program and am living abroad. Completed in Dec. UR 1/30. Haven't heard anything since.jane89 wrote:A week would put me at today, too.

I'm a big Duke fan, both for law school and for basketball. I'm imagining now that I'll get my decision on March 4; Duke will lose to UNC, and then they'll deny me. A double whammy, if you will.
Please show me some love, Duke.

At around what time would your status change to "decision mailed"...if it was being sent that day?

Let's hope. My stats are similar to yours, though a slightly lower GPA. I'm expecting an email because I'm overseas, and I obviously can't blame the post for being slow. I would think they need to send decisions soon for the LLM part...
