I submitted my app on the 2nd. Michigan said they got it on the 7th and that I just needed to email them my personal statement and resume. Emailed that to them on the 8th, and still haven't gone complete. Anyone in a similar situation who has gone complete today or earlier?
If I end up not being ED because my app was a tad bit late, but referenced applying ED in my PS, do you think that carries an ED type boost with it?
Final question: is it safe for me to send out my UVA ED app tomorrow, or do I need to wait until UM actually confirms that I'm being considered for regular decision?

You should give them a call to confirm before initiating another ED app. Given today is the deadline, call them tomorrow.
