May I ask when your first UCR date was? I've been at my first UCR date of 2/11.
Gosh, I'm not even sure why I'm asking... it kind of seems like Penn's UCR dates don't form a clearn pattern for admits/WLs/rejects... anyone, correct me if I'm wrong?

I'm not sure exactly, but it was early February, probably somewhere around 2/7... and I think you're right, there really isn't much of a pattern

I agree...there is no clear pattern. I was complete early January, first UCR 1/19 then second UCR 2/25 (where I currently am)

Soo... this Friday, it'll be 1 month since I went UCR at Penn for the first time. Why do I have the feeling Friday will be judgement day for me?

penn says on their website that you put yourself at a disadvantage applying past the deadline but that they accept them. they don't have to answer back until they feel like it though, no end of april limit.

haha I got a fee waiver today too. Was tempted for about 5 seconds. Waste of $12 though because there is no chance whatsoever. Maybe if every other T10 school had already said yes and I was feeling lucky... but in that case, I wouldn't need to apply to Penn

I figure at worst I'm out $12 and a couple hours I'd have spent playing pokemon. If they're still sending out fee waivers they've got to at least be looking at late apps, which is enough to justify the effort.

Got a fee wavier today, applied to the JD/MBE Bioethics program today as well.
I don't have a snowball's chance in hell, but it couldn't hurt anything.

Yes, something along the lines of "I'm attaching a letter of continued interest. Please add it to my file. Thank you."

My file was under review 1/21 but held like many others shortly after. Sent in a LOCI, I hope that will be enough.

Was that your first UCR?
