I'm most certainly a huge reach and went to 1/5 so you are all probably screwed and should just give up on U.Penn / law school / life.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or just really melodramatic. I might have to give up on UPenn but not on the rest of that stuff I'm in at NYU already, so as much as I might want Penn it's not like this is the end of the world for me, and I'm sure the others don't either. GL to the other 1/5ers even if our outlook is bleak! There are plenty of other schools out there. :D

why does everyone always assume that being grouped on the same "Under review" date means either accepted or rejected?

Actually if you follow a school enough you'll notice that at some of them they lump certain groups together and they often get the same results. It's definitely reassuring when you're with others with strong numbers and not that promising if you're not. I'm not saying it's 100% scientific or anything, but there are trends. There's no reason to get personal.

I'm just going to be super naive and optimistic here and say they sorted us all by numbers but not necessarily by admit/WL/ding. I will probably be eating my words later, but that's just what I'm going to keep saying to keep from being nauseatingly worried until I hear from them. They won't take every good number (sorry guys), and they won't reject every weak number candidate either.

Same exact dates--I think I'm around or above both medians.

Looks like I'm in good company! Does any group have a 2nd UCR date before 12/23 or is ours the furthest back?

Just realized that I had my second UCR yesterday. 12/22 --> 1/5. LSAT slightly below median. GPA well above 75%.

How does Penn normally deliver decisions? They're not another "DECISION RENDERED!" Please wait 5 days for the USPS to deliver your ding letter! are they? =/

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
