For needaccess: Just give them the password and let them log in and do it. It took me a bit to figure that one out but thankfully I did.

And yah, having to send everything is a pain. I'm seriously hoping Cornell is as/more generous as UCLA was though.

My parents made me do it, and they literally have little grasp on their own finances. I've visited their accountant twice. Huzzah!

Honestly I decided not to fill out these things because a. I cannot in good faith accept any aid other than merit stuff, and b. they are bloody impossible. I had no interest in spending three weeks with our accountant only to not really get any shinies anyway.

I think you need to fill out the needaccess forms to be considered for merit based scholly at Cornell since they only do combined need/merit aid (Same for Northwestern)
Thought I'd get to skip all that stuff since I had no plans to apply for need based aid anywhere!

Send them a letter saying as such:

Dear Cornell Admissions,

I understand you have a lot of qualified candidates applying this year. However, in order to make your lives easier, you will find enclosed $135,000 in cash as a deposit for my three years of study at Cornell Law School.

Forever yours,

Slight modification: "you will find, under a volcanic rock that has no place being in Ithaca on the side of the road leading to the law school parking lot, a manila envelope containing $135,000 in crisp, unmarked, non-sequential twenties and fifties as a deposit for my three years of study at Cornell Law School. ok i'm annoyed. complete 2/3 and I applied 11/30 (well a little earlier but it was tgiving so it didn't process). Cornell is ridiculous.
