yeah I just applied for summer. everything was very fast; i'm not sure when I went complete but I applied about two weeks ago.

I think Baylor > DU for education but DU >>> Baylor for qualitity of life. It's also hard to keep your scholarship at Baylor from what I've heard--please correct me if i'm wrong about that.

I really don't even care about my application here anymore, but it's just annoying that they are taking this long when I thought they'd be the first school I'd hear back from...but nope.

Decision rendered today (1/21). Status checker says letter has been mailed. I'm an hour and a half away so maybe I'll get it tomorrow.

Maybe they're still handling figuring out Summer 2011 admits.

I only applied Fall 2011 and then I checked to be considered for spring 2012 if not accepted.

I don't think I'll end up picking Baylor, but let me say this: I think I'd actually like living in Waco.

Then again, I'm also the sort of person who wouldn't mind living in east Texas (apparently Baylor Law places well in Tyler, Beaumont, Longview, etc). Especially if I could have a plot of land.

Just thought I'd say this since everyone on TLS is obsessed with Biglaw, bigcity, bigmoney, etc.

I currently live in Tyler and have lived in east texas all my life and I love it. With that said I dont really have much interest in baylor.

Egregious splitter abuse. Had I not withdrawn my application, I would still probably not have a decision.

I'm going to their spring graduation next month, maybe I will run into the adcomm I talked to and ask them why they hate.

I went to the preview day on January 7th. It was a very fruitful experience. The only complaint I can make is about the free lunch they provided. But it was free. So I will keep my mouth shut.

Y'all just went from Complete to Decision? No UR? Gives me hope that my 1/7 Complete could turn into a decision soon too!

Your profile says you have been accepted to Baylor. How do you already know if they just sent the letter?

lol I don't mean they mailed it recently, I mean that's all they did is send me a letter. I received it in mid December, and it was an acceptance letter.
