" Decisions may be coming out this thursday, so hang tight all"
Did W&L admissions say that?

161 and just over a 4.0

Good luck retaking. I wish I had the willpower to make myself do it again. It just burned me out last time.

Thanks. I feel like I owe it to myself, considering that on PTs I was hitting 170+ on a consistent basis. I would honestly be happy with just a couple more points...

I know the feeling! I think my PT average was a 173 but I would have been happy with a 165. I'm sure you will do better. If I strike out this cycle, I'm planning on retaking in June. It is such a tricky test!

I have no chance. I have a score in the 150s and a 3.93 with a bad record of standardized tests that I wrote an addendum for. I really like this school, and it was the only super reach I applied to. If I get in by some miracle its because they truly are holistic and appreciate my interesting background, softs, and essays. The best scenario for me is probably a wait-list. Oh well, that's what I get for bombing the LSAT after one year of studying. I am hoping to get into my state school's PT program, if not I will retake the LSAT. Miracles do happen once in a while though.

Is there a chance we will hear back next week? Or will it be closer to the 3 weeks they claim in e-mail.

Probably tomorrow.
They say 3 weeks to give themselves a buffer and time to compare certain applicants a little longer but in general it seems like people get a decision pretty quickly after going UR. Thurs is the day that W&L releases decisions from what I've seen so far.

Is this tomorrow idea for individuals who went under review a week or so ago? I went under review Monday morning. I guess they can make a decision that quickly, but boy am I nervous now.

I remember seeing someone who said she went under review and received a decision the next day. It could be tomorrow, but I'm guessing those of us who went under review this week will probably get a decision next week.

We shall see...the e-mail says status checker will let you know whether you have been admitted or not. Is the status checker how you were notified and around what time?

I was notified via status checker. This is what will happen. Early Thurs, they send an email saying you will receive a decision by 5pm. Then, if you're Accepted or WL, they will send an additional email and letter to notify you, and status checker changes too. If you're Rejected you get no more communication; only status checker change.

Yeah...that is just going to suck to get that one email and then wait for 5-7 hours only to find out that I didn't get a second email...maybe I will just catatonically stare at my email for DAYS waiting for the email...its GOING TO COME...

I guess I'd be more like Nietzsche than Spinoza I guess
