has anyone who has had an interview received a decision yet?

i don't think so...i updated to 11/11 about a week after mine but thats it, and i don't think anybody else has a decision either

I interviewed 11/1 and updated 11/4. No decision. I'm guessing they're waiting to send out waitlists

Borderline applicants, splitters, maybe some non-traditional students. My interviewer said it most likely means they're interested but want to know more about you before they make a decision. According to past threads there have been many waitlists, many admits, and few rejects from the interview pool.

+1. When I told my Uni.'s pre-law adviser she was very positive- said it meant they were interested. It definitely means you're in the more likely to be admitted half of the probability spectrum.

Called today to sort out why I hadn't gotten an acknowledgement email/status checker (turns out they had the wrong email address, d'oh!) and got an interview email hours later. How long does it usually take for an alumnus/a to get in touch? In the email they said it can take weeks ( ).

I'm with Sentry on that one. And worried that those little postcards could easily go missing/overlooked. I'm sure we'd figure it out at SOME point.

I got updated on 11/16 and because of my LSAT score I imagine they'll be reviewing me again, so not everyone on 16 will be getting a letter or email I imagine.

They'll see the LSAT score and give you more money, you have nothing to worry about

Or (sorry to say this ), they'll YP you because you will be getting more lucrative offers than Georgetown can give you.

I found this thread, seems like they YP with a "preferred preferred" wait list. Seems like if you get put on that and write a LOCI/Why Georgetown you should be in

IMO very few people in that thread are YP candidates, most are splitters/borderline candidates. The few that had high numbers and were waitlisted may have had something else seriously wrong with their application.

Not a single reject, very few waitlists. Almost every waitlisted applicant applied late in the cycle.
