Also finally got the waitlist email today, about 6 months after getting the complete/status checker email. Personally I thought the email was a little ridiculous.

Waitlisted today as well. Somewhat puzzling because I'm over both 75ths and wrote a pretty good Why Michigan essay. It was my first choice back when I applied, but they've fallen out of favor since then.

Oh well. Go Buckeyes. And best of luck to the rest of you folks.

I got waitlisted today as well. :( Probably because they didn't want/couldn't handle any more than 2 Spartans in their class! Are you two both planning on attending?

I think I might retake and take another crack at it next year, feeling really discouraged right now though. :(

Oh no, I'm sorry :( I'm sure discouraged is an understatement. Yes to your question, I will be attending this fall. Maybe I'll see you next year? I'll be a 2L so I can give you insider info :)

Ugh, waitlists suck.

Well, I hope you stay on the list or go for it again next year; it'd be nice to have a few more Spartans around. Though, I see you have a pretty great offer from USC, too.

Sorry, Michigan, you're not in the top 3 anymore. If I go to law school this cycle, it will be to your Ivy League cousin in a much cooler location than the Detroit suburbs.
