lsn has 2 feb acceptances with darrows.

edit: disclosure - I've been tossing around the idea of using a Mich fee waiver for a month or so. They seemed to recruit me pretty hard (harder than anyone else; think they need some gays up there) and I like me some Midwest (but not a fan of UChi).

well, they were Jan submitters. If you have a fee waiver, why not just do it?

Yes. It means that you did not check your status on 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st.

Just check the admitted site instead. You will not see any meaningful update before you could gain access to the ASW.

Hey i submitted around 12/26 and got an email saying i was complete 1/31 or so (in response to a LOCI/update of GPA) but still no status checker...any ideas?

I got an email Jan 11 saying they received my initial materials and haven't heard anything since. I'm sure that's just b/c they're so busy going over apps now though.

I feel like maybe they're just waiting for me to give up? The thing is, I actually want to go to Mich, but I need a good financial package to be able to afford it. I feel like every day they leave my application sitting in the corner, my chances for $$ are dwindling.

Michigan doesn't work this way unless you are hoping for a Darrow. If you get in, you will get offered (if your numbers are good enough, which they are).

Similar situation here, except I mostly want to use any $$ I get to leverage money from somewhere else, but I'm definitely getting frustrated that I haven't heard yet... oh well

it just says 'admission mailings sent to (my name)' and then it has my address listed...what does it mean!!!!
