Accepted to UVA about a week after Dec test via phone call.

Haha, go figure! To answer your question: no, although my personal statement centered on my extreme dislike for all things outdoorsy (kidding, quite the opposite actually).

A little jealous of the people saying they already have decisions. I've barely even gotten "complete" e-mails from 1/3 of the schools to which I applied.

Some auto-admits will get in at some schools in mid February or so, maybe even early February or very late January if the school is fast. Then some of us will get drawn out in May.

Accepted at American, only decision so far.
Complete at WM, Emory, Penn State, BU, OSU, Wisconsin, DePaul, Loyola Chicago, Santa Clara, and UIUC.
Received at ND, BC, Wake, IUB, Iowa, UNC, Florida, and Arizona.

Pretty sure my first decision of this cycle is going to be a rejection from Duke.

You can use your status checker info for Michigan to try the admitted students web site to know if or not you got in. (Good Luck)

BU doesn't have a status checker. It took me seven weeks to get my status checker at Michigan so I wouldn't be surprised if you got a decision before the checker lol.
