Lol Harvard fail...
this is actually kind of hilarious.
I guess it goes to show you the admissions office doesn't really have their shit together right now...
Maybe it's a clash of the titans between KB and JS - one wanted to reject you, and the other to wait list you

hahahahhahaha. That would be hilarious.

Just call a couple of times. The two times I've called the admissions office it has taken multiple calls for someone to pick up.

So with no waitlist and no KB1 at this point, time to assume the worst?

No, as I said in the Held thread, I think they're emailing as they process the applications. The WL emails seem to be rolling.

What time did you receive the email? I am curious if they come out simultaneously in batches are if they trickle out through the day.

Apparently you can withdraw your application and also get accepted a day or so later. Right, Vincanity?
Harvard's admissions office is a disaster.

They're definitely trickling out. Same as last week.

Looks like KB likes applicants who play hard to get. I'm assuming my LOCI will therefore backfire...I should have been more aloof.

This is getting crazy. Apparently you can go ding -> WL and withdraw -> KB1. I thought getting dinged meant that I didn't have to worry about HLS anymore. Now I might just get a KB2 out of the blue.

I'm banking on surprise KB2 midway through my 2L year at another school.

And apparently go withdraw--> acceptance (scroll up). Apparently the dean shuffle is taking a serious toll on the admissions process

This brought crucial levity to my day filled with anxiety. Thank you.
