Just got the waitlist email...knew it was coming 170/3.1

Waitlisted as well via email. 3.33/167. I'm not surprised, but this is my first big dissapointing news of the cycle. Even past waitlists/rejections didn't bother me much. For whatever reason, this kind of stings.

WL by email. 3.05/169. I kinda thought I'd get in a few months ago, but as the wait dragged out I saw it coming. Oh well. I didn't want them enough to apply to a fellowship or show any actual interest anyway.

Just got the waitlist here too. Just feel relieved to hear what I pretty much expected. Anyone else rather upset it took this long? Whatever I'm withdrawing it's not worth the wait if they string me along again. Good luck to all.

+1. If they're even genuinely considering me, it's not because of my numbers. It's because of my softs. I'm a grower - not a shower.

Seriously, though, if anyone is pretty sure they're not interested, I'm certain that a number of us on the wait list would greatly appreciate you withdrawing.

Just got the WL e-mail and already replied back with a withdraw. Wouldn't have taken W&M over UNC anyway.
