i am not trolling though it sounds like one, but they are introducing skype interviews and offer this randomly to a small group of applicants, according to the email.

They're offering interviews? Right before RD decisions are typically released? That seems...odd. Do you mind sharing your stats or just estimates (>75th, >median etc).

No, I never received a request. I updated mine anyway because I was afraid schools might find it odd if I didn't and because I graduated and wanted my final GPA on record.

I was never asked for them either. But I did update them the second week of January because my GPA went up a little, so it's possible I just beat them to the punch.

The email says that they're selecting applicants randomly, and this interview is a "trial phase" thing (so won't be used much for final decisions I am guessing) so I really doubt they're going to use it for Butler/hamiltons (I doubt they're going to let some but not all of the applicants they're considering have the interview be a consideration for the schollys). I don't think I'm gonna participate...

Definitely agree with what you have said. I still decide to do the interview, as I do not think it will hurt my chances at cls?

How do you guys think these interviews will impact decision times? Can we still hope to hear something at the end of this week/beginning of next week or will they delay it for these interview people.. STRESS!
