Congratulations to all the admits!!

Did anyone (preferably WLs since I'll be with you or in the ding pile) go under review fairly recently i.e. early January? Or did everyone who heard back in this first wave go under review in 2012?

Quick question: am I right in thinking that I can't negotiate scholarship money from a lower ranked school if I only get into Chicago off the waitlist? If so I'm gonna withdraw pretty soon.

Your scores are definitely good enough to get off some waitlists (hopefully Harvard for you, but it would be awesome having some more TLSers like yourself at Chicago as well).

So my app still says complete 12/07. Was it supposed to change to UR at some point? Kinda sad if they're like, "meh. no point in opening this file. Ding, it is!"

Same, though my date is 12/21. From what I've gathered, its supposed to say UR.
