Should I use?

Post by lawguy999 » Wed Nov 06, 2019 8:56 pm

Hi, all. So long story short, I've done practice tests 36+ several times over, and I've more or less memorized the questions and answers, so I am unable to learn much from them. My tutor told me that doing PTs 1-35 would not only be unhelpful, but would be counterproductive, as apparently LSAC changed the testmakers at that time. Is this accurate, or should I give them a shot? If it is accurate, what else can I really do to prep for the November exam? Thank you in advance for any help.

I think there's plenty of value in the older tests. They're still actual LSAT tests and fundamentally there's not much of a difference. There are some questions in the older tests that I do not believe happen in new tests. For example, LR double questions with one stimulus and two corresponding questions. And some of the older games are unusual. But those points considered, the older tests are still going to be good practice. Especially if you used up the newer tests.
