You're tellin me u can't fit in an hour a day to workout? That's what kept me sane for September and sure I didn't hit my goal but I don't think that extra hour wouldve done it
Plus exercise boosts blood flow to the hippocampus, which is an important part of the brain for learning and memory. There are numerous neuroimaging studies showing that the brain literally changes in structure b/c of exercise. It's a win-win, not just for endorphins but for actual cognitive benefits :)

ETA- that's my nerd fact of the day

2nd ETA- Jgoods, you changed your tar! I like it!

Jeez...posts galore....well...I should start running in the morning again. I don't know. I have a dog who takes an hour out of my day every day!! As of now, I just lift randomly for 15 mins in the morning, and do some pushups at work, that's all. Back to studying!

Crazy to think that Sept/Oct test 4 years ago saw almost twice as many test-takers compared to this year. I can only imagine how fierce admissions must have been.

Nah but for those who end up skipping this cycle would be affected :p (the less takers each test, the less applicants obvi)
