You're tellin me u can't fit in an hour a day to workout? That's what kept me sane for September and sure I didn't hit my goal but I don't think that extra hour wouldve done it

Plus exercise boosts blood flow to the hippocampus, which is an important part of the brain for learning and memory. There are numerous neuroimaging studies showing that the brain literally changes in structure b/c of exercise. It's a win-win, not just for endorphins but for actual cognitive benefits

Jeez...posts galore....well...I should start running in the morning again. I don't know. I have a dog who takes an hour out of my day every day!! As of now, I just lift randomly for 15 mins in the morning, and do some pushups at work, that's all. Back to studying!

Crazy to think that Sept/Oct test 4 years ago saw almost twice as many test-takers compared to this year. I can only imagine how fierce admissions must have been.

At any rate, even if the number goes slightly up, applying early next yr with a high score from this yr will def give a boost since most ppl won't have high scores so early in the game
