I took 2 days a week off every once in a while. At the end of the 2 days, I feel so guilty for having slacked off for 2 days that I hit the LSAT back harder than ever. Works for me, but we're all different. But IMO non-stop LSAT has to get tired at some point for everybody, unless you're a robot!

If I had it my way I would have taken no days off, but work and life got in the way, so I ended up having to take ~2 days off per week two months leading up to the test.

1 to 2 days on average. It's nice to have a personal day.

I can't really afford to take a day off... I'm working FT so I try to get as many hours I can (with still getting a solid amount of sleep).

I took as few days off as possible. I wanted to get into the LSAT mindset, which means living in that world as much as possible. Even if it's only an hour, I studied every day that I could.

The only exception was right before the test. I took the two days previous to the test off. Spent time with my family, exercised, etc. At that point, I wasn't going to learn anything new, and I just needed to relax. On test day, I felt super fresh and I was actually excited to get back into the questions. It was definitely the right move for me.

1-2, on the weekend. I'd generally do nothing on one day and just a little something (like a couple logic games) on the other. Got me a 99th percentile score.

couldnt vote in poll--no choices were applicable. you forgot to add "of course i take days off; 180 or bust".

I think there can be a significant benefit to taking days off. I'm not sure how much of it is that the breaks help you avoid burnout and how much is that they give your subconscious mind a chance to work through some analysis, but either way, it's a common story for students to find they bust plateaus or return with more clarity after a break of even a few days.
