There's a website that reviews test centers. Can't remember the name off the top of my head, but if you use the search function I'm sure you can find it somewhere in this subforum.

Northwestern Law in Chicago proper is fine. No chance of football nearby. They use a bunch of different classrooms and there's a chance you can get put in the really old-school lecture hall, but since you don't have a laptop the fact that there's no power outlets wouldn't bother you (unlike those of us who actually have class in there sometimes). The rooms are pretty quiet.
