That's horrible I'm so sorry. One of my LSAT fears was my watch dying right before the test, even though the battery was pretty new. I brought an extra watch in my Ziploc

tea do you do synchro in the morning or synchro before studying? I definately felt the long standing energy but maybe not the kick in the pants effect as caffeine. Also I drank it straight with skim milk, so it needed some taste added.

Don't just quit the caffeine cold turkey

Eta it took me a while to get down from 4-6 cups a day to 1-2. Sometimes I don't need any. But when I started synchro I still drank plenty of coffee

When I first got back home after school I had to go from having 10+ espresso shots/day to 1-2 shots/day.

... It was not pleasant.

ETA: I just wasted my 100th post whining about my espresso shot deficiency.

I use chocolate milk with my "powders" for efficiency (quick and most importantly, no blender to wash). My synchro's still in delivery, but it seems like it'd be similar in taste.
