Re: December 2013 Retakers
I'm still irritated I got -9 on my strongest section, but Trainer's LR lessons are helping me like it again.

I just couldn't get a good set-up. I had never seen anything like it and was lost on what to do.

I don't have the best frame of reference, but I don't think anything (bar a few specific questions maybe) from test 70 deserves enshrinement in a top 10 most difficult list.

Re: December 2013 Retakers
Certain LR questions could be up there. But it mostly was just a very tough section in general- no killer questions, just some nearly-killer ones next to each other.snagglepuss wrote:I don't have the best frame of reference, but I don't think anything (bar a few specific questions maybe) from test 70 deserves enshrinement in a top 10 most difficult list.
Def not LG. Prob not RC, even though it fucked me

The RC was just awkwardly formatted at times (think the comparative q with the functions on top of each other).snagglepuss wrote:I don't have the best frame of reference, but I don't think anything (bar a few specific questions maybe) from test 70 deserves enshrinement in a top 10 most difficult list.

Just saying. My score was on me running out of steam at the end. I'd take the same difficulty test in December gladly.

Re: December 2013 Retakers
Have barely looked at it. All I know is I got the stars q right and I recall some people yelling about that one, but I missed 6 in the 26q section alone, and noticed 2-3 misses were bunched together. I might've been exhausted since it was the last section but I've been exhausted on a PT here and there and have still done respectable.dosto5 wrote:I agree. Re: December 2013 Retakers
What I thought was most notable about the LR was the stimuli length. To me the questions seemed similar to PT 1-20 questions in terms of having a lot of reading to do.
Other than that I found both sections fairly straight-forward, though the wording for some of the right answers seemed more awkward than usual imo.

It just didn't feel like a 60s test to me. The LG felt 50s, the RC felt old, and the LR felt old.drawstring wrote:What I thought was most notable about the LR was the stimuli length. To me the questions seemed similar to PT 1-20 questions in terms of having a lot of reading to do.

Retakers, how many days before the test did you take your last PT?

What's up with the extended December wait? I just registered an hour ago and saw a Jan. 6 release. Brutal.

Re: December 2013 Retakers
Idk if it was jitters or freaking out because I did it fine after reviewing, but I totally bombed the movies game on 70 and made some sick and distorted diagram that Ive never made before. Pretty much did 3 categories on the bottom for each screen and split the 1st and 3rd in half with a 7 and 9 time on each. Helped me make 0 inferences. In hindsight it was pretty easy, but did anyone else mess up diagramming this?
