Qualifiers vs Quantifiers Forum

I have a question about LR (and possibly RC too), Most of the time when i see a qualifier I assume the answer is wrong and im usually right, but sometimes i get quantifiers and qualifiers mixed up. So could anyone give me a rundown on the difference between them and some examples please. Thanks
