You're fine. Consider yourself fortunate for having a little extra time to prepare. I feel good about Saturday, but an extra week or two would have been nice.

Sorry to hijack the thread...but will all scores get held up because of the delay on the East Coast? Or will all non affected areas get their scores on a different date than the affected areas?
Good luck aresdude. I have an idea of how you feel. I took the test this Saturday, and I was feeling burned out. I can't imagine having to wait any longer.

Good question. I'm thinking it will not delay our scores though. No way.

you still have two weeks, and your mindset can change a lot in that time. so dont force it, just wait until you feel it come back to you. should come in a few days

I was kind of glad since I was feeling pretty sick Friday night and sure enough it carried over into Sat morning.
Btw, did people get any email about the cancellation? I got nothing...

I haven't heard anything about a rescheduled test date either. I'm guessing it won't be this coming Saturday?Theopliske8711 wrote:I was kind of glad since I was feeling pretty sick Friday night and sure enough it carried over into Sat morning.

Also struggling to get back into studying. I feel like I just don't have the willpower to keep plugging away. Hopefully I'll feel more motivated in a day or two. I just hope they let us know the new test date asap so that I can organize my life/study schedule around it.

I'm starting again tomorrow. I'm guessing it wont be this weekend no. They have to put together the makeup test, which may be a bit. I'm pissed I didn't get an email or anything. I only found out that the test was cancelled due to constantly going online and checking, but I feel that there needs to be a warning system, either an email and/or a phone call.

How much notice do you think they will give us before we have to sit for the test? Is there no chance it will be this saturday??

I imagine they would have to notify us at least one week ahead of time. Seeing as they have not informed us today, I can't imagine it will be this week. The LSAT blog said 2-3 weeks.

It would be nice if LSAC gave us some more info. I might just take a few days off if we are 2 weeks out.

Re: Exhaustion, how do I get ready these next 2 weeks?
Yeah, I basically took the weekend and today off since I was just so stressed out by this whole rescheduling thing. If the test is next Saturday I probably just shot myself in the foot but I think it's more likely the new date will be the Saturday after next. I agree it would be pretty ridiculous for them to give us less than a week's warning.
I also never got an email/phone call from LSAC about the reschedule. I was worried it was just me but perhaps they didn't notify anyone through any method other than their website? Odd.

I wouldn't count on two Saturdays from now just because LSAC hasn't emailed you. They have not emailed me but my school/testing center did and told me I'm taking it on the 16th.

Yeah. I don't understand why LSAC hasn't emailed us if the testing centers already know.chickpea wrote:beaver93 wrote:I wouldn't count on two Saturdays from now just because LSAC hasn't emailed you. They have not emailed me but my school/testing center did and told me I'm taking it on the 16th.

Damn, that sucks. I keep saying I hope it is this weekend, but after reading this thread I had hoped it was the weekend after next because some extra studying will do me some good.chickpea wrote:beaver93 wrote:I wouldn't count on two Saturdays from now just because LSAC hasn't emailed you. TBH, we probably won't improve much from the extra studying anyway...

True, I just feel like I'm kind of out of my groove now. I like having a test date that I can focus on and plan around, especially since I'm taking the test in a different city than I live in. I'm going to call my testing center this morning and see if they have any info.
Edit: Testing center says they have no info.

Haven't been in the LSAT section in awhile, were the Northeast takers moved back 2 weeks because of the storm?

This cycle has been crazy weather/LSAT wise.chickpea wrote:Pushed back indefinitely.Br3v wrote:Haven't been in the LSAT section in awhile, were the Northeast takers moved back 2 weeks because of the storm?

I would suggest everyone to call their test center. The LSAC person I talked to on the phone couldn't tell me anything, but upon calling my test center, I found out that my test has been rescheduled to this saturday.. Don't wait for the email to come!!

I called my test center and they weren't able to give me any information about the new test date. Are all the makeup tests going to be on the same day?

It looks like some have gotten notice and the rest haven't. I doubt they will be on the same day then, unless they force us all to take it last minute.
