Unusual pt performance?

Post by cogitoergosum » Thu Jun 02, 2011 11:00 pm

I scored 165 on my last 3 pt's (same as my score on the 2010 LSAT), however, my performance is pretty irregular. One test I got 0 wrong on one LR, and 7 wrong on the other. RC ranges from 3-8 wrong. Here are my scores by section:

LR: -3
RC: -7
LR: -2
LG: -7
score: 165

LR: -0
RC: -3
LG: -9
LR: -7
score: 165

RC: -8
LR:-2
LR: -1
LG: -9
score: 165

I know RC and LG are killing me. Picked up manhattan RC and Powerscore LG books. Any other recommendations for improving to 170+?

How much work have you put in? My first few diagnostics were all done with no real learning in between and I did a similar thing. All low 160s with wild swings from like 2 to 11 in games, 2 to 9 per LR section and RC was 6-9. Work some LR by problem type and those will even out somewhat. And drill games, those are clearly your biggest weakness, fix it.
