Preptest Excel Chart?
Hey I was just wondering if anyone has a really good excel chart that they use to track their progress. I've searched around and seen Ace Prep's and LSAT blog's, but the former is not what I'm looking for, and the latter has been useful for LR but I'm looking for an overall, more personal way to track. I have read many posts where people talk about what they put in their charts (What they ate beforehand, time they took the test, and all the other neurotic goodness we all obsess over). Does anyone have a good base chart they've found, or are any excel wizards keen on sharing? I am excel "special" and suck at designing a good chart

Cambridge LSAT has a test tracking spreadsheet, but you'll need to request it from Morley: http://www.cambridgelsat.com/productdet ... dsheet/386
3|ink had a pretty sweet one, but he took it down after a rabid fan started stalking his friends. 3|ink may give you a copy of his spreadsheet if you send him a PM.

Was it really a rabid fan? I thought it was a foe.Kurst wrote:Cambridge LSAT has a test tracking spreadsheet, but you'll need to request it from Morley: http://www.cambridgelsat.com/productdet ... dsheet/386

Toolbag, rabid fan, foe, take your pick. I liken 3|ink's stalker to John Hinckley, and wouldn't be surprised if 3|ink's fan assassinated an author of Microsoft Excel to demonstrate the extent of his devotion.3|ink wrote:Sorry folks, but I'm taking this down too. As you may or may not have noticed, my RL name is in the download link. I can't do anything about that. For some reason there is significant data loss whenever I try different hosts. Anyway, some toolbag thought it'd be cool to look me up on facebook and message a bunch of my friends some pretty nasty shit using a shill account. Chances are pretty good it was one of the people who didn't think too highly of the concept because the spreadsheet was referenced in some of the messages. Anyway, that crossed too far into the creep zone for my taste.

Thanks for the info. By the way, I saw that thread too. Pretty bizarre what some people will waste their time doing, especially considering I have no idea what you could even message someone's friends to say in that situation..."Hey your stupid friend was a good person and shared resources with others. Looooser!"Kurst wrote:Cambridge LSAT has a test tracking spreadsheet, but you'll need to request it from Morley: http://www.cambridgelsat.com/productdet ... dsheet/386

Folks,
The facebook fiasco is long forgotten. The Lesson? don't use your own google.docs account to host things.
I've been working on a new design for my spreadsheet for the past two months. It'll be ready for release in about a week or two. In the meantime, I'll be happy to send download links of the old version to those who don't want to wait for the new one. Just PM me.

I've also got a self-generated one that I've been using. PM me if you'd like to take a look.
